The GPZ900R was launched in 1984 with the concept of developing a "new generation supersport" motorcycle.
The GPZ900R, with its distinctive style and a large-displacement 908 cm3 engine mounted on a diamond-shaped frame, offered exceptional maneuverability and remarkable stability. At its release, it claimed the highest speed in the world for a road-legal motorcycle.
The nickname "Ninja," given to the North American version, has endured to this day.
Like all HASEGAWA motorcycle models, this Kawasaki benefits from a very high level of detail.
