Pneumatic Installation of Robart 606HD

The 606HD requires a complete pneumatic system including an air reservoir, a control valve, suitable tubing, and fittings. Robart recommends a normal operating pressure between 80 and 110 psi, approximately 5.5 to 7.6 bar. Flow restrictors can be used in the pneumatic circuit to slow down the retraction speed and achieve a more realistic movement. A pump system with a pressure gauge can be used to fill the reservoir before flight. Wheels, axles, and optional Robostruts need to be selected separately based on the model. Robostruts cannot be directly mounted on the 3/16" wire without a specific adapter.
