The Dancing Wings E19 Eagle II does not just feature a decoration representing a bird of prey.

Beginner RC motor glider, but to be piloted accompanied

The behavior of the E19 allows for its use by a beginner, provided that they are accompanied by an experienced modeler for their initial flights.

Its slow flight allows more time for the pilot to observe the model and correct its trajectory. However, it is still necessary to master hand launching, piloting a large wingspan model, and landing phases.

Therefore, we consider it as an accompanied beginner RC motor glider, rather than as a first airplane to fly solo.

For a pilot already trained, the Eagle II offers a different experience: that of a relaxation model allowing for tranquil flying, practicing piloting in thermals, and simply enjoying an RC airplane that stands out.

Scientific does not market the E19 here as a simple kit to be completed by oneself.

The Protronik Eagle 2 Combo includes the elements necessary for motorization and assembly of the model.

4 metal micro servos

The model is equipped with 4 PTK 7452 MG-D micro servos (ref. S04377452).

Their precision, speed, and metal gearing provide excellent control of the control surfaces while ensuring high reliability.

Brushless Motor

The Brushless 2210-1100 Kv motor (ref. S03872210) was chosen for its excellent power-to-weight ratio.

Brushless Controller

The 18 A Brushless controller (ref. S03878018) is perfectly sized for this power system.

Its features allow for reliable motor power supply and excellent throttle response.

Li-Po Battery

Power is provided by a Li-Po 3S 1300 mAh battery (ref. Z03L9130330).

Its capacity offers an ideal compromise between lightness, autonomy, and flight performance.

Note that it is possible to use 3S LiPo batteries ranging from 1000 to 1800 mAh, depending on the desired flight autonomy.
