When creating a fillet or filling a large space:

• spray ZIP KICKER directly on the glue,
• the surface will immediately start to harden,
• forming a very tough outer shell,
• while the inside will polymerize more slowly to create an extremely strong bond.

For applications on fiberglass or fabric:

• spread the glue using an old playing card,
• a business card,
• or a flexible plastic spatula.

Curing time varies based on the applied thickness:

• a thin layer will dry much faster,
• a thick bead will require more time.

For critical applications, it is recommended to test the assemblies to verify their final strength.
