Usage Tips

Apply small drops of PLASTI-ZAP on one of the surfaces to be assembled and then put the parts in contact.

For large assemblies or long joints:

• apply small drops spaced 6 to 12 mm apart on one surface,
• along the entire length of the joint,
• then assemble the parts.

Be careful to keep fingers away from glued areas until completely dry. This glue can instantly bond skin to pieces.

To glue chrome pieces:

• Scrape the chrome layer on the bonding areas,
• then apply the glue to only one of the surfaces.

If you want to use ZIP KICKER:

• Apply a very small amount,
• using a fine brush or a toothpick.

It is not necessary to apply the accelerator along the entire length of the joint.

For critical applications, it is recommended to test the assemblies to check their final strength.
