Mounting is done with two screws and does not differ from traditional motors.
The mounting screws must never touch the motor windings to avoid damage. They must therefore not extend more than 8 mm inside the housing.
The motor temperature must not exceed 60 °C during operation.
To reduce temperature, decrease the supply voltage or the propeller diameter/pitch.
The maximum permitted voltage must never be exceeded.
The maximum power indicated in the technical data should only be used for short periods (< 5 minutes).
Installing a water-cooling system is recommended. For this, use the Krick cooling coil ref. 42122 and the cooling hose ref. 70917.
