Israeli Air Force KFIR C2/C7 1:48
The IAI Kfir (Hebrew: כפיר: "Lion Cub") is an all-weather fighter-bomber aircraft, designed in the early 1970s. It is based on the French Dassault Mirage 5. It is equipped with an Israeli-built version of the General Electric J79 engine and Israeli-designed avionics. This aircraft is one of the few Israeli aeronautical productions made after 1968 and before the cancellation of the Lavi project under pressure from the United States in 1987.
