A more balanced RC turbo spark plug for competition

The 24K Turbo Speed P4 is positioned as a more versatile spark plug than the P3.

It is clearly competition-oriented, but with a slightly more balanced behavior between torque, engine temperature, and high revs.

I find it particularly interesting for pilots who drive all year round, as it offers excellent stability in various weather conditions.

The engine maintains very good responsiveness while slightly reducing the risk of overheating compared to a hotter spark plug.

This spark plug provides very clean combustion, with excellent engine consistency.

On a 1/8 scale nitro RC buggy, the accelerations remain sharp, but the engine seems a bit more linear and consistent during long finals.

Differences with the P3

Compared to the P3:

• the P4 is slightly cooler,
• it better withstands high temperatures,
• it better tolerates more nitrous fuels,
• it promotes greater stability at high revs.

The P3 remains livelier at low revs, while the P4 often performs better as temperatures rise.
