Remote-controlled 46 AX II thermal engine
The OS MAX 46 AX II is a powerful two-stroke engine, equipped with a crankshaft mounted on two ball bearings, suitable for competition sport and aerobatic models.
It is equipped with a 40K double-needle carburetor, with the main needle screw oriented towards the rear for safe engine adjustment while running.
The basic set also includes a highly efficient E-3071 type expansion muffler (Power Box).
The exhaust outlet orientation can be changed by rotating the rear of the muffler 360 degrees.
Very easy starting and tuning.
Ideal engine for beginner airplanes commonly known as Trainer 40.

The crankshaft has a thread for a UNF 5/16-24 propeller nut.
Recommended propellers: break-in 11x6" / sport and aerobatics: 10.5x6", 11x6", 11x8", 12x6", 12x7".
Recommended tank: 300 to 350 ml; a 300 ml tank allows approximately 10 to 12 minutes of aerobatics, provided you do not fly continuously at full throttle.
Recommended fuel: minimum 18% castor oil or synthetic oil (or mixture), 5 to 20% nitromethane.
Recommended spark plug: OS MAX no. 6, or no. 8 with a higher nitro content.
The engine set includes: OS MAX 46 AX II engine with RC 40K carburetor, E-3071 type muffler, main needle extension, no. 8 spark plug, manual.
